Anarchy brings relief to Haiti

Down here in South Florida I was able to help PrimeTime Amusements in their efforts to collect supplies for the victims in Haiti. The entire operation was spontaneous and state-less (that's the anarchist part). There was ZERO government aid or involvement from start to finish, from donations collected in South Beach to aid distributed in Haiti.

The only contact with any government agents was them wondering whether or not to shut us down. But, after seeing so many volunteers working around-the-clock, dozens of News cameras swarming the location for interviews and footage and literally truck-after-truck filled to the brim with supplies, the goons backed off. The next day the Miami Beach police even volunteered to BRING people to our site to drop off supplies (maybe you can call that Government aid, but I think the lady cop was acting out of the kindness of her heart)!

After we collected in South Beach, the trucks drove to the Opa Locka airport where Turnberry Aviation volunteered to fly the supplies directly to Port Au Prince, Haiti. There a group of University of Miami Doctors headed by Dr. Barth Green will distribute the supplies.

Its an amazing experience so far and we will be collecting supplies until Monday, January 18th. If you live in South Florida, stop on by or do whatever it takes to make a difference in the lives of the victims in Haiti. This experience proves that we don't need politics or the State to help those in need.

List of troubled Banks in Miami

Chris Brunner from Lewrockwell.com scoured the FDIC website and complied this list of the most troubled banks in the USA. He calculated the Texas Ratio score for each bank using this equation:

100 * ((Non-performing Assets - U.S guaranteed loans) + Other REO) / (Equity + Loss Reserves)

According to Chris, a Texas Ratio above 50 is trouble, a score above 100 means "run for the hills!" The higher the ratio the quicker you should move your money.

Below I compiled the most trouble banks in Miami, FL from Chris' list.

    Pitbull - Anti War Music

Miami's own Pitbull is using his fame and skills to promote an anti-war message. He even tosses in a jab or two against Castro and Che Guevara. Being that Pitbull is anti-war and anti-communist one can only conclude that his political views are in the land of libertarianism. Is Pitbull a classical liberal? Lets hope he keeps this sort of music coming because he can really influence alot of kids and hopefully keep them from joining the Army and participating in these useless wars.

    Super Tuesday Ron Paul BlackOut!

Ron Paul, the candidate who broke John Kerry's all-time single day fund raising record, beat Guliani at every turn in the primaries, out fund raised his opponents in the 3rd quarter, damn near won or finished strong in the Louisiana, Nevada, and Maine contests... and yet still if you ask the two major South Florida News Papers... he's not even running.

Two newspapers, two publishers, two different markets, the same media bias.

The photos of today's front pages tell it all. For those of you who want to vote for change you can clearly see that Ron Paul must have struck a real nerve with the establishment if he's caused this widespread reaction.
